At Liquidation Nation Shop, we specialize in the sale of liquidation, wholesale, and bulk pallet inventory. Due to the unique nature of these goods, our refund and returns policy differs from traditional retail.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products (Important)

All products sold by Liquidation Nation Shop are sourced as:

  • Customer returns

  • Shelf pulls

  • Overstock inventory

  • Liquidation lots

As a result:

  • Items may be new, used, untested, or refurbished

  • Some products may show signs of wear, missing parts, or packaging damage

  • We do not guarantee the condition of every individual item within a pallet

All pallets are sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” unless otherwise stated.

2. All Sales Final (General Rule)

Due to the wholesale and liquidation nature of our inventory:

All sales are generally final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Misinterpretation of product descriptions

  • Expected resale value or profit outcomes

3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit only if:

  • You received the wrong pallet, or

  • The shipment was significantly damaged in transit

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • Packaging condition upon arrival

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

4. Return Eligibility (If Approved)

If a return is authorized (at our sole discretion):

  • Items must remain in the same condition received

  • Items must not be sorted, altered, or resold

  • Original packaging must be retained where applicable

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds may be issued as:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Store credit (depending on the situation)

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
Bank or payment provider delays may vary.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is on our side

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted

We recommend using:

  • A trackable shipping service

  • Shipping insurance for high-value returns

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once:

  • Payment has been processed, or

  • The order has been prepared or shipped

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Unjustified chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Account restrictions

  • Refusal of future service

  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

9. Limitation of Liability

Liquidation Nation Shop is not liable for:

  • Business losses or resale performance

  • Individual item defects within pallets

  • Manufacturer warranties (unless explicitly stated)
